Shipping Policy
At My Label Product, we strive to deliver your custom products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policies to understand how we manage order delivery.
Processing Time:
• Once your order is confirmed, our vendors will begin production of your customized items. Depending on the product and the complexity of customization, processing times may vary.
• Average processing time is between 3-7 business days. In cases where customization requires additional steps or approvals, we will notify you of any extended time frames.
Shipping Methods:
• We offer standard shipping options from Armenia to your doorstep. Once the order is dispatched it may take 14-20 days to arrive at your address.
• All shipments come with tracking information, so you can monitor the progress of your order from production to delivery.
Shipping Fees:
• Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, size, color, and the location of the buyer. The final cost will be displayed at checkout. Taxes are included in the order amount that you will see at the checkout.
Notice: As a WY State registered company, we collect sales tax from the customers with WY addresses.
Estimated Delivery Time:
• Standard Shipping: 14-20 days.
• Delivery times are subject to courier availability and potential delays due to customs for international orders.

Note: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes over our control. We are always working on improving our services and in case you have any questions regarding your order status then please contact us and we will take care of and inform you of any reasons for unforeseen delays that we could not have any control or ability to prevent.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom order.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
• We can only offer exchanges if the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the design specifications you provided.
• If there is an issue with your customized product, please contact our support team within 2 days of receiving your order. Include photos/videos and a detailed description of the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
• We cannot accept exchanges for custom products that are undamaged and made according to the specifications you provided. Once an order is customized, it is considered final.
Exchange Process:
• To request an exchange, email our support team at support@mylabelproduct.com with your order number, photos/video, and description of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or offer a suitable solution.
• Return shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by My Label Product if the product is defective or does not meet your customization requirements.
